Since 2014 Bryggverket has been producing quality beer after quality beer. Their hazy IPA have been especially good, with Lengräddad and The Juice up there with the best of the competition for the style. This is their new NEIPA, which will be released this month in over 80 different Systembolagets. With the word of mouth buzz around the beer growing, it seemed like the perfect opportunity to show the beer to the guests and let them try it for themselves. For what I heard, they were not disappointed!

This was hazy straw in colour, with a small white head forming when decanted. The aroma was delicious, with some lovely pineapple, passion fruit and pine notes all detected. A very pleasant aroma indeed! With a massive mouthfeel, the beer really filled the whole palate with a cornucopia of flavours yet still remained light. Tangerine, lemon, honey, pine, and dried pineapple all came through quickly upon sipping, culminating in a delightful blend on the tongue. The aftertaste was a light citrus bitterness which warmed the throat. The 7.5% was extremely well hidden, which could make this dangerous indeed.

What can I say except this is yet another winning NEIPA from Bryggverket. Big and juicy with a prominent bitterness, this deserves to sell well when released. I most certainly will be buying some more soon!
